Freelancer artist, my dream job

Image
I'm really focused in what i want to work for my future, because i am already doing it while studying. I'm a freelancer digital visual artist, which means someone has a visual idea, they told me about that, and i try to draw it the best way i can. What i love from this job, besides i like drawing and visual art, is that the only think i need is a pc, a tablet and internet. That means comfort and flexibility about space and timework.     I didn't realized until 2 years ago that this is what i wanted to do for living, and lucky for me, my career Cinema and TV, has given me a theorical visual base. Then i mixed this world with my all the knowledge i have been learning since my childhood about drawing.     I like to draw human shapes, everything around medieval phantasy, swords, battles, magic, dragons, and furries. This last one, for those you don't know, are anthropomorphic animals, animals with human characteristics and behaivors, like Bugs Bunny, ...

Canela restored my hope

Image
She is Canela, a little Yorkshire my mom and my little sister found during her fieldwork. They told me that a little piece of cloth was creeping in the ground towards them and beneath that cloth was a little dog with its head down. "It was like she wanted me to help her", said my mom, and took the dog to a veterinarian. There they did a sanitary wash and only then we figured out the dog was a Yorkshire. We have thought she scaped from some kind of dog seller house because of how bad she was before my mom took her.      This story is relevant because i have lost many dogs in my life, for many reasons, and i didn't want to stable a relation with another pet, but Canela arrived in our lives out of nowhere, and this little piece of love brought me again hope for having an animal companion.       She was a very energetic dog, but now is a little grumpy. We think his temperament changed after becoming a mother, and now we have two more Yo...

When i hooked up into a series

Image
In my early childhood i was not concerned about TV shows. Definetely i liked to watch TV, but i didn't have a favorite show to follow, but everything changed in a summer vacations when i was around 10 years old. ETC TV had a schedule that really hooked me up, that went from 12:00 to 3:00. It showed animes like Yu-Gi-Oh, One Piece, and Digimon. At first Yu Gi Oh, an anime about card fighting, was the show that keept me awake, but soon, the other ones replaced Yu-Gi-Oh from my main interest.     One piece is a series of pirates, where we follow Luffy and his friends trying to reach their goals while fighting those who put against on their path. Become the king of pireates, the best chef, the best swordman, a great fighter, etc.     Digimon is a series about seven kids transported to a digital world, full of weird creatures, called digimons. Each kid make a close friendshit with one digimon, trying to return to their home, the Earth. soon they will realize...

One Ok Rock, Rocks!

Image
My first and only concert ever was for One Ok Rock (OOR), a japan rock band with american punk rock style influence, specially The Ramones. This happened in Santiago, Teatro la Cúpula, on 29th October, 2014. When i heard OOR was going to come to Chile i was super hyped. Back then it was extremly rare that an oriental band would cross the ocean to make a concert here.            I arrived to the teather early in the morning, so i could reach a great spot to see the band clearly,    and it was awesome. They put so much intensity in their performance, specially the singer, Taka, who has an amazing voice with high vocal range and a clean technic, and holy they know how to make a show. The audience and the enviroment was so crazy i even almost faint out of breath, and a unknown person helped me with a hand fan, and i got better. Besides that, everything went great and is one of my favorite experience of all ...
